by focusing on building a coordinated system and narrative surrounding his character. This system was challenge for me during the iterative process because of the historical bias connected to his place in culture. However, I aimed to portray Vlad as a well-rounded figure instead of just the villianous
persona he usually wore. Through this deck, I explored 12 concepts that showcased my creative interpreta- tion of his persona. This was done by identifying his spirit animal, what type of vegetable he may be, his place in geography, religious affliation, etc. This system was a balance between connotation and denotation surrounded by the research
